The littlest things in life bring me joy.

The littlest things in life bring me joy.

Happiness swarms me in every area of my life.

I feel joy when the sun touches my face in the morning because I know I am alive. Smelling the wonderful aroma of coffee brewing and starting my day positively brings me great peace and serenity.

As I go through my busy day I think about the things that make me happy and I feel joy. In the evening as I lay my head down to sleep I can reflect on all the things that brought me joy today and I sleep peacefully.

There may be times in my life when I feel tired of the same-ol’, same old, but I firmly remind myself that each moment is different if I only look to notice. I may get up at the same time each morning before I go to work but each day is unique. I may hear different birds sing or the joyful sounds of children’s voices as they get on the school bus. It is these small things in life that I can savor.

I take pleasure in the big exciting events in life. When I take a vacation or travel to the beach and even when the weekend comes. I also feel great joy at the more subtle events occurring everyday in my life.

Today I will take the time to notice the more delicate things that bring me joy. I will feel recharged with all of the gifts and pleasures my life contains. My life is full of joy and I will be good to myself and pay attention.

I have no need to worry about the unknown. I enjoy living in the moment.

I feel confident about who I am so I have no need to worry about the unknown. I am certain about today so I enjoy living in the moment. There is a peace within that keeps me in a state of reassurance that tomorrow will take care of itself.

I love and cherish my life. It is the special moments that I hold on to and treasure because they may be gone tomorrow. Anxiety is an unhealthy choice and I refuse to let worry sap me of my energy to live a victorious life.

I am grateful for what I have today and allow joy creep into my soul to block any worrisome thoughts that may come my way. I live with passion for what I experience and I only think of the future in short spurts.

My life knows no fear. I am enlightened by the fact that I am still breathing. I look at the world in a busy frenzy of anxious people and I keep myself shielded from catching on to the sickness of complaining.

I look inside myself to see the gift that I am. I am happy to know that I am still alive. The things that I do not know will be revealed to me when I am ready. I am content with knowing just enough to rest in the essence of this day.

Every day, as I arise from bed and take a fresh breath of air, I realize that each day brings a powerful moment of triumph in my life. And I am thankful for all that I do hav

Hello..Hello..Hello..

I Promise Myself...

To be so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.
To talk health, hapiness, and prosperity to every person I meet.
To make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about my own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future. To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature I meet.
To give so much time to improving myself that I have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
To think well of myself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words, but in great deeds.
To live in the faith that the whole world is on my side, so long as I am true to the best that is in me.
